ArchestrA QuickStart Template Library

The ArchestrA QuickStart Library contains more than 200 system, platform and application objects designed to expedite ArchestrA Object deployment within a production environment. It was created to provide a "pre-built" Galaxy that includes implementation solutions and best practices, without using external applications or toolsets (e.g., VisualStudio and the ApplicationObject Toolkit).

The objects are designed to be "generic" in the sense that they can be used within any environment, and enable individual object selection for a specific purpose. It is not necessary to use all of the objects in a particular environment. The object templates include many locked attributes (including scripts) and are designed so that the attributes cannot be modified in the derived objects. These objects are known as "Master" or "Shape" templates.

The ArchestrA QuickStart Library is now available. It can be found in the Wonderware Knowledge Base CD that came with the Customer Support Shipment, Volume 1, 2006. Volume 1 was already shipped to all Wonderware Customer Support subscribers, but it's also available to new subscribers.
