New Production & Performance Management (P&PM) Modules

Significant efforts are being made to prepare for the upcoming rollout of the new Production & Performance Management (P&PM) modules. We are very excited about the opportunity, which we expect to make a real impact in the market, with our existing customers and new prospects. Here's a summary of the different modules that will be released on November 6, 2006.

System Platform
Wonderware will introduce new packages of existing products. The top-level package will be positioned as the Wonderware System Platform and will comprise the Industrial Application Server, IndustrialSQL Server historian and SuiteVoyager software, as well as platform and device integration licenses.

Equipment Operations Module
The Equipment Operations Module combines the functional capabilities found in the existing Production Events Module and the new Formula Management Module.

Equipment Performance Module
The Equipment Performance Module re-positions the functional capabilities found in the existing DT Analyst product and leverages ArchestrA Application Objects within the Wonderware System Platform.

Manufacturing Execution Module – InTrack Re-Named
Wonderware will also release a new version of InTrack software. This includes a name change from InTrack to the Manufacturing Execution Module.

Peter Karlsson Returns to Wonderware as VAR/OEM Sales Manager for EMEA

We are pleased to announce the return of Peter Karlsson to Wonderware and his appointment to the position of VAR/OEM Sales Manager for EMEA. In this role, Peter will be an active leader in for the VAR/OEM business in EMEA. He is responsible for growing the VAR business in our sales channels while targeting key OEM customers.

Peter rejoins Wonderware from Consafe Logistics in Sweden where he has been working as Sales and Product Manager since 2005. Peter has more than 15 years of experience in automation previously worked for Wonderware selling to VAR/OEM customers based in Scandinavia.
